I just love the new In Colour Wisteria Wonder and I love the colour combination of wisteria wonder, elegant Eggplant and Daffodil delight.

Awhile ago I found this cut little owl mug at DFO and straight away I knew it would make a cute little gift teamed up with some packaging and a card to match with Stampin’ Up!’s Owl Punch.

My dear friend Bec, not only LOVES Stampin’ Up! as much as me, but she also shares my love of good coffee so i knew that this mug would be the perfect gift for her.
I made this little gift box to hold the coffee mug. I found the colour combintion on one of the owls printed on the mug.

I then made a matching card and notebook to finish off this little ensemble.

Hope you like it Bec?

My daughter Sophia turned 2 yesterday. Ever since she was born she has had a love affair with monkeys. She has 2 that she takes EVERYWHERE and I mean everywhere. They are looking a little worse for ware so I decided that I would make her a new one, as well as a matching blanket. My sewing machine certainly got a workout as I also made her a beautiful hobby horse.

Here is the birthday girl with her new monkey friend that as so far been named Big Monk!

So of course I needed to make her a birthday card to match with Stampin’ Up!’s Sock Monkey Stamp Set
I used the colour combination of Tempiting Turquiose, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight. It was certainly bright and matched perfectly!

Sophia was very excited about blowing out the candles on her cake. She has been practising for weeks with a toy wooden one, so I had to capture the moment when it came to her blowing out the candles.

Happy Birthday my gorgeous girl.
I hope your day was filled with laugh. laughter and happiness

Michael and I are off to his niece’s 21st Birthday party tonight. Mary is the last of the nieces and nephews to turn 21. All that is left is for Archie and Sophia which will not be for another 16 and 19 years time.
We decided to give her some money so she can buy something that she really wants. I do not like just putting money into a card so I whipped up a money slider and matching easel card.

Happy Mother’s Day to all you Mums out there. I thought that I would share my card and gift that I made for my Mum this year.
I wanted to have a go at a Twisted easel card for something a little different. I really liked this card I saw on Teneale Williams Blog and used it for my inspiration. As you can see I have changed the layout to suit the easel card. I was quite pleased with how it turned out. I have been wanting to give this new stamp set a try out as well so I achieved two things with this card.

Next I made a gift bag to hold a few little goodies

and finally I stamped some matching wrapping paper for her new Winter Nightie!

I used the colour combination of Crumb Cake, Elegant Eggplant and Very Vanilla. The stamp set is called Strength and Hope and is available now in the new Autumn Winter Mini
Thanks for looking

My beautiful turned 5 on the 23rd March and I have only just finished making his Birthday card!!!! (Slack I know - but I just seemed to run out of time) After a lovely night of crafting with my good friend Bec, I finally finished his card on Saturday night or should I say early Sunday morning. Bec and I have a tendency to run into the early hours of the morning. Anyway I wanted to stick with the Alien theme of his party and found some inspiration on a UK demonstrators site. Her name is Jo Dumbleton and you can see her work here.
I decided to make is card large and used a whole sheet of A4 scored in half (even though it does not look that big here) I also used Crystal effects on the 5 and yellow circles on the planet to make it a little more special.
When Archie saw his card on Sunday morning he just sat there holding it and staring at it for some time before he finally looked up and announced “Oh WOW Mum it was definately worth waiting for!” (Phew) He then said can I make one for his little friend who is celebrating his birthday today. Luckily this one did not take me over a month to create. (LOL)

Anyhow as my title says “better late than never”
Enjoy

Before I share with you some of the Easter treats I have been creating, I need to warn you that the photos are NOT great. I took them at 2 in the morning before I had to give them away and then the batteries in my camera went flat before I had even finished taking all the photos i wanted, so I could not even check them. I nearly didn’t post them but I am trying to be better at blogging, so here they are bad and all!!!

This gift was given to Archie’s Prep teacher

This cute little bunny was for Archie’s Teacher Aide. It was a project designed by Kirsty Brown on one of the Rounds of UStamp. Inside was a Chocolate Bunny

At Christmas time I made Reindeer food for Archie’s kindy class. It was such a huge sucess that I decided I would make some for Easter. My class has just finished a unit of work on the Bilby so I decided to make some Bilby Food. I made 25 packets of Bilby Food for all the children in my Prep class using rolled oats, cake sprinkles and wheat Bran. I also gave them some Easter eggs- they were a huge hit!!!

My Teacher aide is celebrating her Birthday this week and I wanted to spoil her a little to say thankyou for all her hard work.
I just love this gift bag. It is a Lauren Meader template and it is super easy to make and SUPER beautiful. It is called Around Town TOTE.

I have used Elegant Soiree DSP for this project and the colour combo of Soft Suede, Marina Mist and Very Vanilla.
Here is a couple of photos of the bag contents:
  Â
           A covered notebook  Â

A Mini Tote full of yummy chocolates (Don’t you just LOVe the new stamp I used to make the label? It also has a matching punch and is NOW available in the new Mini Catalogue)

and a card that I totally cased from my upline and friend Stephanie Pike. I also gave her a new stainless steel waterbottle, but I forgot to take a photo of it.
Happy Stamping
