I recently entered some cards in a ESAD-SU (Stampin’Up! Demonstartor Group) Challenge. You had to make a baby card suitable for a BOY and then copy it and make 1 for a GIRL.

    Here is my first attempt:

I used the Hippo from the Pun Fun Stamp Set. I think it is sooo cute.

Next I used the Nursery Necessities Stamp Set

Now I must confess I purchased this stamp when I found out I was pregnant with Sophia and it has sat unmounted in my draw until now. (Must have really needed it!!! Ha ha)

    Here is my boy version:

    My girl version:

    and my gender neutral version:

Finally  I made another one using the Duck from the Wagon Full of Fun Set out of the new Summer Mini:

    My Boy Card:

    and my Girl Card:

Now all I need is some of my family and friends to have a baby or two so I can give them one of my newly made Baby Cards!

    Happy Stamping

I have to admitt I was VERY excited when I saw the Sweet treat cups in the Summer Mini and I just could not wait to get my hands on them, but unfortunely LIFE got in the way and I have only just had a chance to have a play with them.

Here some samples I made for my recent SALE-A-BRATION Open House:

This first card is one that I cased from the very talented Kirsty Brown. You have to check out her site as she does some very beautiful work.

Next is a card I made with a trap door at the back so you do not have to destroy the card to get to the goodies.

I cased this card from my good friend Karen Thomas:

and this one from my Downline Rebecca O’Gorman:

    I hope you like them

I recently purchased the I {heart} Hearts Stamp set from the Summer Mini Catalogue.

Not only is this a beautiful stamp set but until the end of February Stampin’ Up! will donate $2 for every I {heart} Hearts Stamp set sold to Haitian Disaster Relief.

This is the  1st card I made for my husband, Michael for Valentine’s Day. It is a case of Sarah-Jane Kale’s beautiful Butterfly Card. I really love the way it turned ut, but I was a bit worried that it was too girly sooo . . .

    Here is my second attempt:

As you can see I added some blue to make it a bit more blokey. I have used some DSP from the Slumber Party Speciality Paper Pack. The box/folder in front is one that adapted to fit a large block of Rum and Raisin Chocolate. (His favourite)

I had forgotten all about these boxes/folders. I made a heap of the at Christmas time after purchasing the instructions from Marelle Taylor. Like I said Iadapted them to fit a block of chocolate. Here is one I made to fit a 100g block of Cadbury chocolate:

Next I made a Mini Pizza box to hold some Love Notes. I just love making this little box, it is super easy and really cute. It is just perfect to hold a set of Love Notes and envelopes

Finally here are the Love Notes!

Happy stamping and don’t forget to order your   {heart} Hearts Stamp set from your Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator and help out a very worthy cause.

I know these boxes have been around for sometime, but I just love them and I think they make an awesome gift for someone special. My Stampin Sister, Amanda, kindly shared with me her altered instructions that fit our A5 cards and envelopes.

I used the Razzle Dazzle Stamp Set from the Suymmer Mini Catalogue and teamed it up with some paper from the Candy Lane DSP pack.

Here is a photo of the box opened:

and now some close ups of the contents inside:
