    Blog Candy that is!

Since it is the season to be giving I thought that I would give away some Blog Candy. I have had my Blog for just over a year now, and I love all the comments that everyone leaves for me. So I thought that I would give something back.

This is what you will win:

     * A Birthday Organiser- where you can write all those special dates you need to remember month by month

    * A pack of Love Notes - with a decorated Thank you Love Note Card and 3 more for you to decorate yourself

    * Punches Three Stamp Set - Level 1 Hostess Set that co-ordinates beautifully with the scallop square punch

All you have to do is leave me a comment. This give-away is open to anyone and everyone. Locally or Internationally. Just post your comment by Sunday 29th November 10pm AEST. I will use Random. Org to pick out the winning comment number.

So what are you waiting for? Leave me a comment and Good Luck!

I had an unexpected visitor over the weekend, a cheeky little monkey!

Sophia received this cute little sock monkey a couple of weeks ago and she has become quite attached to it. Stampin’ Up! have a stamp set called Sock Monkey. Now I do not own this set, but my good friend Karen Thomas in MacKay does and she very nicely sent me her beloved little monkey so I could have a play with it.

    Here is Sophia and her monkey, Olivia;

    Ohhh how cute!!!!!

And here are my creations inspired by the colours in her Sock Monkey.

I had a little play with some boy colours as well and made these 2 Birthday cards for a couple of little boys who are having Birthdays this month.

I never in a million years thought that I would love this little guy so  much, but I am hooked. This set is now on my Wish List. Maybe I am going bananas (he heeee)

Thanks Karen your little guy will be back on his way home to you on Monday.

    Happy Stamping

These gorgeous boxes were recently featured on U Stamp.

I love the idea of combining coffee and chocolates for a gift.

My first box uses Stampin’ Up!’s Sweet Slumber Specialty Paper. It can hold up to 6 coffee sticks or Hot Chocolate sticks and 6 yummy chocolates.

My second box was created with Stampin’ Up!’s raspberry Tart DSP and I changed the insert so it would accomodate Coffee Bags instead of Coffee Sticks.

These boxes would make an awesome end of year teacher gift or a little something to spoil someone special in your life.

    Happy Stamping

Well I think I have finally recovered from our World Card Making Day on Saturday. It was such a fantastic day and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

For those of you who do not know, 3 of my good friends and fellow demonstrators, Steph, Bec and Louise organised a WCMD event.

We have had lots of compliments on the beautiful cards everyone made so we thought that we would share them.

Here is my 1st card. A feminine Birthday card using 5th Avenue Floral using the masking technique. I cased this idea from the very talented Marelle Taylor.

My next card was for a boy’s Birthday. I used the very popular Choo-choo set from the Spring Mini Catalogue. I love the bright colours in this card

Finally I made this cute little Baby Gift card. I have used fairly Neutral colours so it could be for a boy or girl baby. You can see a pink version of this card in one of my earlier posts, as this is what I used for Sophia’s Thank-you cards

    So that was my contribution.
Click here for Steph’s masculine cards
You will find Lou’s Christmas cards here
You will find Bec’s combination of kid and feminine cards here

Finally I thought I would share a photo of my gorgeous girl sleeping at the event in her little rocker. She was such a good girl, we didn’t hear a peep out of her all day. Probably because of all the cuddles she was getting from the ladies.

    Happy Stamping

I wanted to share with you this beautiful Stepper Box given to me by my lovely friend and downline Louise.

She is such a beautiful friend and does amazing work. You can see more of her work here.

You can find the directions on  Stampin’ Terri’s blog here . Louise confesses it was quite easy, but looks hard.

To make this box Louise used Raspberry Tart DSP, Rose Red and Regal Rose cardstock, ribbon and felt flowers,  kiwi kiss corduroy button, plus a pearl from the Pretties Kit to decorate the lid.

    Thanks Louise!
